Shipping & Delivery:

Good news! Shipping for all orders is completely FREE. Once you've placed your order, your awesome new item should arrive within an estimated 5-10 business days. We partner with trusted couriers to get your package safely to your doorstep, so you can start enjoying it ASAP!

Delays, Lost & Damaged Items:

We aim for super speedy delivery, but sometimes life throws a curveball! If your happy package hasn't landed within 20 business days of dispatch, or if it seems to have gone on an unexpected adventure (gotten lost!), please let us know. We promise to sort it out with a full refund or a replacement.

Got something damaged? Bummer! Just snap a pic and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll happily arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Returns & Refunds (No Drama!):

Changed your mind? It happens! We've got you covered with a generous 90-day return window from your purchase date. To keep things fair, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in great condition.

Important bit: While we're happy to take items back, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. It helps us keep our prices happy for everyone! Once we receive your return, we'll quickly process your refund. Please allow a few business days for it to show up.
